Brand Manager
Brand Managers own the strategy, positioning, and evolution of a brand. They develop brand guidelines, oversee creative work, manage brand campaigns, and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. We recruit Brand Managers across the UK for FMCG, tech, financial services, and consumer-facing companies.
We place candidates at mid-level (managing specific brand portfolios or campaigns) through to senior roles (owning multiple brands or leading brand strategy teams). Many have backgrounds in marketing, product, or communications, and bring both strategic and hands-on experience.
We look for people who understand brand as a business driver, can balance creative vision with commercial discipline, and know how to measure brand health and impact over time.
